
Tomato Onion Bread
3 large yellow onions
¾ cup of sunflower seeds, grind in high speed blender
¾ cup of flax seeds, grind in high speed blender
1 red bell pepper
1 tomato
Sea salt to taste
½ cup olive oil
Peel and cut the onions in half. Slice tomato and bell pepper. Place onion bell pepper and tomato into food processor with S blade. Add other ingredients and mix well. Spread the dough on parchment paper and put it on a dehydrator tray. Dehydrate the bread at 105 degrees for 10 to 12 hours and flip.
